Support in the comfort and familiarity of home.

Care planned for one person

Support is built around the individual — their routines, preferences and goals, not a standard package.

Dignity and independence

We help with what is needed and encourage people to keep doing what they can for themselves.

Families kept informed

With the client’s consent, families hear how things are going and are part of decisions about care.

Support that adapts

Needs change over time. Care can be reviewed and adjusted when they do.

About Barasi Care

Care that starts with listening

Every family’s situation is different. That is why we begin with a conversation — with the person who needs support and, when they wish, the family members who care about them.

We learn about daily routines, what someone can still do for themselves, where they would like a hand, and what matters most to them. Care is then planned around that person, so support at home feels like a natural part of their day rather than an interruption to it.

Why families choose Barasi Care

The things that make care at home work

Built around routines

Visits are planned around how someone already lives — their mealtimes, habits and the parts of the day they find hardest.

Help without taking over

We support people to keep doing what they can, which protects confidence as well as independence.

Clear communication

Families know how things are going and who to talk to. Questions and concerns are welcome at any point.

Flexible as needs change

From a few hours of respite to regular daily support, care can be adjusted as circumstances change.

How it works

Getting started is simple

No forms to fill in up front and no pressure — just a conversation about what would help.

  1. Get in touch

Send us a message through our contact form or call us and tell us a little about who needs support.

  2. Talk through care needs

We discuss daily routines, preferences, the help needed, and anything important about health or home that you want to share.

  3. Review care options

We suggest the services and visit pattern that fit, and answer your questions about how care would work.

  4. Agree the next steps

Once you are comfortable with the plan, we coordinate a start and keep in touch as care gets underway.

Choosing a care provider

Good questions to ask any home care provider

Choosing in-home care is a big decision. These are the questions we would want answered for our own families — ask them of every provider you speak with, including us.

How will care be matched to my loved one?

Ask how a provider learns about personality, routines and preferences, and how that shapes who visits.

How are caregivers screened and trained?

Ask what checks and training caregivers complete before they work with clients, and what ongoing training looks like.

What happens if the usual caregiver is unavailable?

Ask how cover is arranged and how a new caregiver is briefed on the person’s needs.

How will our family be kept informed?

Ask how updates are shared, who your point of contact is, and how concerns are handled.

How is the care plan reviewed?

Ask how often care is reviewed and how changes are made when needs change.

How are costs worked out?

Ask what affects the price, how billing works and what notice is needed to change or pause care.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What services does Barasi Care provide?

We provide personal care, companionship, meals and light housekeeping, respite care and dementia and memory care support in clients’ own homes. Many families combine more than one service.

How do I start a conversation about care?

The simplest way is to send us a message through our contact page or call us on (555) 010-0123. Tell us a little about who needs support and how best to reach you, and we will get back to you to talk it through.

How are individual care needs discussed?

We start with a conversation with the person who needs care and, if they wish, their family. We ask about daily routines, the tasks they need help with, their preferences and anything important you want us to know about their health or home. That conversation shapes the care options we suggest.

Which areas does Barasi Care serve?

We currently serve Springfield and surrounding communities. If you are nearby but not sure whether we cover your address, please get in touch.

Can family members be involved in care decisions?

Yes. With the consent of the person receiving care, we welcome family involvement in planning care and keep families updated as care goes on.
